Digital & Customized Services
Our growth plans are customized digital services rather than physical products. Because research, competitor analysis, strategic planning, and other work may begin shortly after an order is received, purchases are generally non-refundable once work on the project has begun, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
If work has not yet begun, we may approve cancellation and a refund at our discretion, subject to any non-refundable payment processing charges where legally permitted.
Once research, analysis, planning, preparation, or other project work has started, the order becomes non-refundable.
Revisions
If you are dissatisfied with your delivered plan, please contact us rather than immediately requesting a refund.
Our plans include unlimited revisions within the original project scope, allowing us to refine the strategy based on your reasonable feedback.
Unlimited revisions do not cover a completely different business, new project, new market, major scope change, or services not included in the purchased package.
Failure to Provide Required Information
If a project cannot proceed because you fail to provide reasonably required information, materials, approvals, or responses, this does not automatically qualify the order for a refund once work has begun.
We will make reasonable efforts to contact you and continue the project when the required information becomes available.
Unable to Deliver
If we are unable to provide the purchased service for reasons within our control and cannot offer a reasonable alternative, correction, or completion of the service, we may provide an appropriate partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once or an incorrect amount was charged, contact us so we can investigate and correct any verified billing error.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about an order or payment, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have with your payment provider or under applicable consumer protection law.
Exceptions Required by Law
This policy does not exclude or restrict refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
