This Delivery Policy explains how services and digital deliverables purchased from GrowthPlanningExperts are delivered.
Digital Delivery
GrowthPlanningExperts provides digital growth strategy services. No physical products are shipped.
Completed plans, reports, strategies, and related deliverables may be provided electronically through email or another secure digital delivery method communicated during the project.
Please ensure that the email address and other contact information provided with your order are accurate.
Standard Delivery Timeframes
Current target delivery times for our standard plans are:
- Trailhead Plan: approximately 6 days
- Ascent Plan: approximately 9 days
- Summit Plan: approximately 12 days
Custom projects may have different timelines, which will be communicated before or during the ordering process.
The delivery period begins once payment has been successfully completed and we have received the information reasonably required to begin your project.
Information Required From Clients
Depending on the service, we may require information such as your:
- Business details and website.
- Products or services.
- Target customers.
- Competitors.
- Current marketing activities.
- Business goals.
- Budget or available resources.
- Other project-specific information.
If required information is missing or delayed, the project timeline may be paused or extended until the necessary information is received.
Delivery Delays
Although we aim to deliver projects within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur because of project complexity, incomplete information, client response delays, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the updated status.
Revisions After Delivery
Delivery of the initial completed plan does not end your included revision rights.
Where included with your purchased package, you may request unlimited reasonable revisions within the original project scope. Revision turnaround may vary depending on the nature and extent of the requested changes.
Failure to Receive Your Delivery
If you believe your project should have been delivered but you have not received it, please check your spam or junk email folder and verify the email address provided with your order.
If the delivery is still unavailable, contact us and include enough information for us to identify your order.
No Physical Shipping
Because all services and deliverables are provided digitally, shipping fees, physical delivery, tracking numbers, and physical returns do not apply.
